Mislata, the Spanish people take DNA samples from dogs and will fine owners who do not pick up after

"He would. Never forget to pick up after your pets."
And promotes the Spanish municipality of Mislata, near Valencia, his campaign to end the unpleasantness of meeting the feces of pets in the streets.
As part of it, they announced that will create a DNA gene bank for all dogs in the municipality with the aim of identifying those owners who let their pets foul the town and not cleaned.
Should we let our dog or cat we "kiss" in the face?
The scientific reason why dogs look like their owners
Mislata officials reported that local police will take samples of dog excrement collected by staff cleaning the streets and take them to a laboratory for analysis.
The owners have until Dec. 31 to take their dogs to a veterinarian so that they take a blood sample for free.
Those who do not register the DNA of your dog will face fines of 300 euros (US $ 331).
There are similar schemes, but more limited in the United States and the United Kingdom.
Why dogs sniff the back
The municipality of Mislata warns homeowners face a fine of € 200 (US $ 221) if they do not clean your dog's dirt streets.
Once the pet is registered in the database of DNA, the owner will receive a sticker to be putting on the dog.
Valencia has also introduced another method to keep the sidewalks clean: disposable cardboard clamps that allow the dog owner to remove the droppings most hygienic way, the Spanish daily ABC reported.
